Jeff brings a lifetime of hands-on experience and a deep commitment to the Grand Strand community. Having learned the commercial construction industry from a young age, Jeff grew up immersed in the values that built the company – hard work, integrity, and treating people like family. Jeff is known for his steady leadership, strong work ethic, and the kind of industry knowledge that only decades of real-world experience can create. He has continued the Harrington tradition of building trusted relationships throughout the business community, earning a reputation for being approachable, fair, and dedicated to seeing every project done right. Community-driven at heart, Jeff believes in serving the region he calls home, both through the structures he helps bring to life and the partnerships he builds along the way. Outside of work, he’s a proud father of twins and a passionate outdoorsman who loves hunting, fishing, and spending time on the farm. He also enjoys cooking and entertaining friends and family – often bringing people together just as naturally as he leads them.
